925 sterling silver is an alloy made up of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, usually copper or zinc. Sterling silver is more expensive than stainless steel jewelry usually. Stainless steel is a steel alloy that contains a minimum chromium content of 10.5%. Stainless steel is highly resistant to corrosion and rust due to the protective layer formed from the chromium reacting with the oxygen in the air. We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange provided you send it back within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene purposes, we are not able to accept returns on any earrings unless they are faulty.

product, the reason you need to return it, and rather you require a refund or replacement.
Exchanges are possible if the item is in stock.
All items returned must be undamaged and in the original NOVA RUDE packaging.
Please make sure the item is packed carefully and we recommend you use a secure and tracked service for your own protection.
We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit.
Any item returned after the stated time period will only be refunded at our discretion.

We recommend removing your jewelry when you shower, work out, and sleep. To avoid fading over time, store jewelry in a dark place. If you need to clean your jewelry, use a soft cloth to wipe away dirt and maintain the shine. With proper care, NOVA RUDE jewelry can last many years with minimal to no tarnishing.
