Delivery
We will be in touch once your rug is shipped from our overseas mill to our Florida receiving warehouse. Once the rug is inspected and rolled up, we will get in contact with you and ship to your desired delivery location via UPS or Fedex. Once shipped from Florida, you can estimate the rug will take roughly 7-14 business days to arrive to you. We will email you shipping confirmation details. We can ship to a residential address, place of work, or a receiving warehouse. All full size rugs you must be present to sign for the rug upon delivery. While working to minimize shipping delays, NOVA RUDE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Please note that during the Holiday season it may take a little longer for items to arrive, depending on weather conditions and carriers' overload. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide.
Leadtime
Once an order is placed, our lead-times for a handknotted rug is roughly 5-6 months. Handtufted rugs average around 8-12 weeks. A custom 1’x1’ strike-off is between 4-8 weeks. Stocked samples ship via USPS, Fedex or UPS and arrive within 3-7 days. Please note, larger sized rugs, stairs, and custom rugs require additional lead-times than the quoted time.
Return
We ship within the continental United States only. If your sample or rug arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please send us an email to contact@novarude.com as soon as possible. Keep in mind our return policy of a 30-day grace period for any damaged rugs.
If an order is declined at the time of delivery or you are not available to sign, the rug will be sent back to our Florida warehouse where a restocking fee equal to the delivery cost will be applied. In accordance with our standard return policy the rug purchase will be refunded.
White Glove Delivery
Although we do not offer white glove delivery, we can arrange with a third-party delivery service for an additional fee. White glove delivery service is best when you want your rug place in the room of your choice and handled with the utmost care. White glove delivery usually ranges from $300-$1000 depending on the number of rugs and travel distance.
