Delivery
We will notify you once your rug has shipped from our overseas mill to our Florida receiving warehouse. Upon arrival, each piece is carefully inspected, rolled, and prepared for dispatch. We will then confirm shipment to your preferred delivery address via UPS or FedEx. Once a full-size rug is shipped from Florida, delivery is typically expected within 7–14 business days. Shipping confirmation details will be provided via email. Deliveries may be made to a residential address, place of business, or receiving warehouse. For full-size rugs, a signature is required upon delivery. While we take every measure to ensure timely dispatch, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. During peak holiday periods, transit times may be extended due to weather conditions or carrier volume. All delivery timelines are estimates and should be used as a guide.
Lead Time
Once an order is placed, lead times for handknotted rugs are approximately five months. The lead time for handtufted rugs is generally eight to twelve weeks. Custom 1' × 1' strike-offs require four to eight weeks for production. Stocked samples ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and typically arrive within 3–7 days. Please note that larger rugs, stair runners, and full custom pieces may require additional lead time beyond the estimates provided.
Returns
We currently ship within the continental United States only. Should your sample or rug arrive damaged or be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@novarude.com. Damaged goods are covered under our 30-day return policy. If an order is declined upon delivery or a signature is not provided, the item will be returned to our Florida warehouse. In such cases, a restocking fee equal to the delivery cost will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded in accordance with our standard return policy.
White Glove Delivery
While we do not currently offer white glove delivery, we are pleased to coordinate third-party white glove services upon request for an additional fee. This service ensures your rug is delivered and placed in the room of your choice with the utmost care and attention. White glove delivery typically ranges from $300 to $1,000, depending on the number of rugs and delivery distance.
