DELIVERY

All orders within the US will be shipped with USPS. 

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a tracking number in a shipping confirmation email. Please allow 2 to 5 business days to fulfill your order.

Standard order shipping time within US may take from 5 to 9 days, depending on the destination.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide. While working to minimize shipping delays, NOVA RUDE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Please note that during Holidays season and sales it may take a little longer for stock items to arrive, depending on weather conditions and carriers overload. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

STOCK ITEMS SHIPPING

Please keep in mind if you placed your order for an item 'In stock' before 10 AM EST on a business day (except Holidays), your order will ship the same day. Orders of stock items placed after 10 AM EST will ship the next business day.

 

HOLIDAYS AND SALES

ORDERS CONTAINING MULTIPLE ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items with different availability dates and/or locations, your order may be split in 2 parts so that you can receive it sooner.

For every such part, we will send a separate shipping confirmation email.

To make sure the taxes and duties are calculated for the piece(s) shipped in each part, we will declare every part of the order individually.
