We are happy to offer a full refund, or replacement provided you send it back within 30 days of receipt. To arrange a return, please email contact@novarude.com and tell us your company name, pick up address, title of the product, the reason you need to return it, and rather you require a refund or replacement. For security purposes, we only issue refunds back to the original payment method.
All items returned must be undamaged and in the original condition. We do not offer returns on any custom orders as these are tailor-made to your specifications. At this time, we only offer a refund for damaged rugs and if the rug arrives different in color, size, or construction from the artwork specs. Please note, any handknotted rug naturally has a variance in size up to a few inches. All rugs can have a slight variance in color due to humidity and the hand-dying process.
Please make sure the item is packed carefully. We recommend you keep original packaging. If you do not have it, we can send new packaging materials free of charge. Any item returned after the stated time period will only be refunded at our discretion. Please note, NOVA RUDE will not refund original shipping costs. We will cover the cost of the return shipping only provided the item is in the continental US.
