Stainless steel is highly resistant to corrosion and rust due to the protective layer formed from the chromium reacting with the oxygen in the air. As soon as your order ships, we will send you a tracking number in a shipping confirmation email. Please allow 2 to 5 business days to fulfill your order.

Standard order shipping time within US may take from 5 to 9 days, depending on the destination.

We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange provided you send it back within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene purposes, we are not able to accept returns on any earrings unless they are faulty.
To arrange a return, please email contact@novarude.com and tell us your name, address, title of the
product, the reason you need to return it, and rather you require a refund or replacement.
Exchanges are possible if the item is in stock.
All items returned must be undamaged and in the original NOVA RUDE packaging.
Please make sure the item is packed carefully and we recommend you use a secure and tracked service for your own protection.
We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit.
Any item returned after the stated time period will only be refunded at our discretion.

We recommend removing your jewelry when you shower, work out, and sleep. To avoid fading over time, store jewelry in a dark place. If you need to clean your jewelry, use a soft cloth to wipe away dirt and maintain the shine.
