We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange provided you send it back within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene purposes, we are not able to accept returns on any earrings unless they are faulty.

Exchanges are possible if the item is in stock.
All items returned must be undamaged and in the original NOVA RUDE packaging.

We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit.
Any item returned after the stated time period will only be refunded at our discretion.

If you need to clean your jewelry, use a soft cloth to wipe away dirt and maintain the shine. With proper care, NOVA RUDE jewelry can last many years with minimal to no tarnishing.
